It messes with the soil after 10 years the land is barren
You don't need to destump since the stumps will generate with 2 -3 trees shoots and no need to replant

An acre will take 650 trees planted at a spacing of 2.5m X 2.5m(Ideal for transmission poles,roundpoles,fitos,firewood,fencing posts)
Kes1800 per tonne is not worth it. Leave, a tonne is about 6 mature trees, consider charging per tree instead.
3m*2.5m gives you aprox 600 trees and the lesser the space the thinner the trees due to competition.
