Equipment Sourcing and Project Coordination in Kenya

How It Works
1. Tell us what you need. Share the machine you are looking for, the work it will do, the site location, when you need it and how long you expect to use it.
2. We check whether we can help. On a short, free call, we clarify the requirement and confirm whether your timeline, location and project are a fit. If something is missing, we tell you what we need before proceeding.
3. You choose a paid service. If you want us to contact equipment owners, compare options or arrange meetings, we explain the scope and fee first. Nothing chargeable begins until you agree.
4. We present the options. Depending on the assignment, we share available machines, supplier quotes and the details that affect the total cost, such as fuel, operator, transport, working hours and VAT.
5. We help align the parties. For projects that need a viewing, site visit or planning meeting, we arrange it and record the decisions, responsibilities and next steps.
6. The project moves forward. The customer and equipment owner agree on the hire or sale terms. If you engage us for project coordination, we follow the agreed milestones and help keep communication documented.
What Will We Ask You For?
Detail | What to send |
Equipment | Machine type, size or model if known, and any attachment needed |
Job | The work to be done and estimated quantity or workload |
Site | County, town and a Google Maps pin where possible |
Timing | Desired start date and expected hire period or purchase deadline |
Contact | Your name, phone number and company name if applicable |
Quote requirements | Whether you need an operator, fuel, transport or a site visit included |
For a purchase, longer contract or company procurement process, we may later ask for a written specification, site contact, billing details or other documents relevant to that particular transaction. We will explain why each item is needed.
Which Enquiries Can We Take Forward?
We can move fastest when you have a real project, an identifiable site, a reasonable timeline and someone authorised to discuss the decision. We may decline or pause a sourcing assignment if the location cannot be confirmed, the requirement keeps changing, the proposed budget is far below available options, or the customer is unwilling to agree on the scope of work.
What Does Monolith Africa Charge?
The initial enquiry and qualification call are free. If you ask us to search for equipment, compare offers, attend meetings or coordinate a project, we provide a separate service quote based on the work involved. Equipment hire, purchase, fuel and transport costs are quoted separately by the relevant providers. We agree on our fee and deliverables before starting paid work.

I like browsing Online Games IO when I don’t know exactly what game I want to play.
In Buckshot Roulette, I found myself trying to remember how I handled a similar situation before. The comparison gave me a different way to approach the current round.
